Very poor on Phone
- - Phone support at 800 775 **** did not answer after multiple calls.
- - Candle arrived broken and had a bad odor.
- - I will not order candles again.
I called 800 775 **** but discounted many times but they never answer !! they are really very bad job!! and stinky worse because candle broken when I open the package..
I will NEVER order any candle anymore!!

- - I would recommend them to everyone I know, and they'll be gifts for family and friends.
I love the smell of the candles because they last a long time and I would recommend them to everyone that I know to me the candles will be my Christmas gift to my family and friends far and near because they smell just that good to me.

MY CANDLES DO NOT EVEN HAVE A SCENT. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY.
IVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT BOTHER BUYING THEM.

Text read PKG delivered, delivery man didnt ring buzzer.
Package not left. I would like a telephone call from a physical person.. I need to know where my package is.

Damaged shipment
Candle was shipped shattered, customer service unavailable. Says you'll get a live person or you get is a recording that says you're being monitored, but no one ever talks to you, hangs up, and goes right to write this call.

Just receiving my order today Dec 27th from December 10th! The candles were Christmas Presents and they offered no help to me at all!
You cant even get them on the phone! Very very poor customer service. They could have at least put on their website that there is a chance you wont get your product by Christmas but nothing! They usually deliver within 3 days max!
It was just unacceptable!! Other companies at least offer something.
So to me I was just an *** Sorry for my language! I guess they have enough customers not to have to worry about poor ratings.

Can’t get in touch with anyone never contacted me.
I am highly disappointed in them. First time user and last
Wrong item sent. Hard to find a contact number for them without jumping through hoops.
Then I get a recording when I do find a phone number. This is not good business. I will not be ordering from Goose Creek again.
This was a Christmas gift, and I have to go get another one at this late date. Totally unbusinesslike.

I have told many ppl about how well your candles burn,but since then I would give a 2vstar
I prefer 8-10 candles, and 2 were cracked around the rim. I would like to have them replaced and hope to purchase more. I love them.

I did not receive my order of candles. I tried contacting the company via email and my email was returned.
I tried contacting them by phone and their number was not working.
I consider this poor customer service and I cant even get anyone to tell me where my order is. I do not plan to place orders with them anymore.

When will I get my candles? I've got the 5 for $50, and I don't have it yet. Please, please, please.
I cannot get in contact with this company
I ordered candles and I have not heard from them. They took my money and I cant contact them . I need the merchandise or my money back.
