My order got canceled and the candles was Christmas present! They talking it was fraudulent because I ordered $301 candles!
Now I got order from bath and body works to get my Christmas gifts praying it be here before Christmas! Im so upset because Im disabled and cant go out and shop for myself

When I get sent a code in my email and leave to get it, when I come back here in Goose Creek, it goes right back to the home freaking page. I would rate all with a damn zero!

Verified ReviewerResolved: No one answered my call. Went to this page after 1 ring. Your customer service is terrible.
I've sent emails, the first one back in September, and then I've sent some texts to your number, and no one's bothered to get back to me. I need a callback, considering problems with two of your candles: one was incorrect, and one broke.

User's recommendation: They are great candles, but I had the incorrect candle sent and my emails were never returned and I received a broken candle and again no return email and when I did a call through texting My call hung up and asked me to answer as to how my problem was rectified.

I haven't received my orders, 2 separate orders none have arrived, ordered on December 12th.
Get orders to customers sooner than this; unacceptable. I've always received my Goose Creek candles a lot sooner, but no correspondence has happened.
Can you figure out what happened to my orders, please?

I ordered several candles several weeks ago and never received my order. Ive tried reaching you several times and have been unable to successful.

The mail guy left the box of candles upside down and when I opened the box the fell on the floor and broke.
Long processing time
Did not think would take over 2 wks to receive candles. When tried to reach customer service all I got was AI customer service offering no help with a bunch of smiley face and heart emojis. Quite sincere in their customer service effort .
Never received goods
I placed an order 12/03/2025 Paid EXTRA to Expedited the order for faster shipping. as of 12/10/2025 I still have not received my order. No way of getting in contact with them by phone.

I received a damaged item in my shipment. I could not find an active phone number to call about it.
I finally found a text phone number and they took care of it immediately.
So it worked out fine. It just wasn't initially easy to find out their contact info.

My order arrived with the foam soap I had ordered having exploded all over the box and all over the other items in the box! I was told via email (because their phone number does not work by the way) that I would receive a refund for the soap only and I should wash off the other items because it was just soap ![]()
