I love their candles
My candles stay fragrant, and I smell them in multiples areas of my home! I even bring them into work to keep the office smelling nice! GET THE CANDLES

I will receive my candles via tracking on December 26. I ordered from them on December 6.
It seems customer service has seriously declined this Christmas. This is my fourth company where either an item was lost or will be a late delivery. There was no notice when ordering that my delivery would be late. I even emailed and was told good news, my order was shipped and it was implied that it would arrive on time.
I ordered on the 6th of December. Do we all need to start ordering a month in advance? Almost three weeks and it can't make it via UPS or Fed Ex? This essentially ruined it as a Christmas gift.
I wonder how they will resolve this? Do they offer a free candle? I wish I had come here prior to ordering. I promise, a mere apology won't be enough for me.
Besides, I wonder what condition the candles will be in if I receive them. I even emailed them to be certain I would receive in time.

Ordered my candles jan 5 , they were paid for seems shipped from China I never reviewed them . 67.00 worth money is gone and I received no candles .

Placed an order for almost $200 almost 2 weeks ago. Website still says I only placed my order, so I reached out as I was promised my order before Christmas and most are presents.
I was told they're trying, but still no possible shipment date was given even though he CLAIMED they usually ship within 2 business days.
I was told they SHOULD ship soon, but he couldn't promise or help in any other way unless I want a refund! I WANT MY ORDER/ PRESENTS BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AS PROMISED!

I Placed an order 18 days before Christmas and will not receive until December 28 more than 20 days after order placed! They were Christmas gifts for out of town family members who are leaving on the 26th.
I am a single mom whos only income is disability and I now have to come up with the money to replace these gifts after barely being able to afford Christmas to begin with. Even if I ship these gifts after the fact, its still money I quite frankly dont have. I have tried to reach out to this company on several occasions regarding my order and all I have gotten is what seems like a computer generated response thanking me for my order and saying it has been received. And of course you cannot reply back.
Honestly, Im pissed and this is no way to run a company.
I understand things happen and things get delayed, but come on by 3 weeks?? Absolutely ridiculous!

I sure wish I had done my research on this company beforehand. Co-workers told me great things about their candles, so I ordered over $100 in candles as presents for Christmas.
I placed an order on December 6th, and it said it would be delivered in time for Christmas and orders would ship within 3-5 days. I received an email on 12/22 at 4:30pm stating my order was barely ready to ship out of Kentucky and it would not be here until January 2nd. January 2nd! Are you serious!?
16 days later and they are barely leaving the warehouse and won't be here until after the New Year! You've got to be kidding me! Almost a month later for some candles! This place is a joke.
It's my first time and definitely the last time I'll be their customer. I should have just gone to Bath and Body Works. I'm convinced they filter out reviews on their website! Now I have to scramble 2 days before Christmas to replace 7 gifts.
Thanks a lot, Goose Creek, for making my first-time experience a horrible one. I'm so upset and disappointed.
Save yourself the time and disappointment; just order from B&BW! Lesson learned.

I placed an order over three weeks ago and have still not received any actual update as to when my order will be shipped. I have emailed their customer service several times and I get the same answer every time.
They are processing my order and they are busy. But they will not give me any other information. I spent $150 on their products and have no idea when or if I will get my products. This company seems to be a scam.
Do not waste your money on them! I will stick to buying candles from a legitimate business (Bath & Body Works).

DO NOT ORDER if you need the merchandise by a certain time (e.g. the holidays)!
I placed my purchase on December 11th. I missed being able to gift the candles to my mom. I reached out to them about my order December 23. This is the response I received: I can see that we have your order, and it is currently being processed.
(The latest update on my end was Order placed.) My system does not provide an actual date, but we anticipate this order shipping soon. As soon as I asked about my order update, the status changed to Preparing shipment and is still sitting at this point. I circled back after two business days to cancel the order but was told I could not because the order had been processed.
I have purchased from Goose Creek before, but this was such an awful experience that I will never do it again. I encourage anyone thinking about it to do so with caution.

Ive contacted via phone, chat, email, & now callback service, nothings been resolved. Im guessing you just keep doing this until someone gives up. Very frustrating & a waste of time & money
