Resolved: Order was completely wrong
- - I received 13 candles instead of 11 and only 2 were correct.

Opened up my boxes of Goose Creek Candles to find they sent me 13 when I ordered 11. Out of all those candles, only 2 were correct.
I've reached out, asked for a label to return them, and have yet to get an answer. I've spent quite a bit of money with them since I've started ordering from them.
I'd like a return label and a total refund.

Well, I have bought from this company for about 4 years. The latest order just arrived today: a broken candle in delivery.
It happens; I have had it happen once or twice before. I was always able to contact them and resolve the issue. Well, not anymore. I made multiple attempts to reach them by phone, but the call won't go through.
They send a code to enter, but it doesn't work. I sent an email. I love their candles, but the personal customer service is gone.
It's not worth the hassle. I guess they don't mind losing the several hundred dollars I spend yearly with them.

I have received broken jars in the past; now the lids don't fit, so watch how you pick them up, and the scents suck! The majority of candles I have purchased recently have little to no scent.
You people have gotten so cheap with your products, you should be totally embarrassed.
I will be purchasing my candles from Bath and Body Works from now on. You have just lost a really good customer.
