One of my candles was shattered when I received it. I tried to call customer service, but it kept giving me a wrong number. I buy a lot of candles, but I probably won't anymore.

I received my over yesterday and I just opened the package and one of the candles glass jar is broken and cracked.

Preferred solution: I would like the Cool Rain Drops sent to me with out the jar broken.

Trying to figure out why Thursday it said my order was sent to UPS. Now here it is Monday and I received another notification saying my stuff has just now been sent too.

Well, I have bought from this company for about 4 years. The latest order just arrived today: a broken candle in delivery.

It happens; I have had it happen once or twice before. I was always able to contact them and resolve the issue. Well, not anymore. I made multiple attempts to reach them by phone, but the call won't go through.

They send a code to enter, but it doesn't work. I sent an email. I love their candles, but the personal customer service is gone.

It's not worth the hassle. I guess they don't mind losing the several hundred dollars I spend yearly with them.

I ordered and received 3 wick candles hoping they would put a great smell in my home. Well, I am highly disappointed because they don't smell whatsoever!

Big waste of money; if I light a scented candle, I'd like to smell it, but NOPE, NOT THESE!

Very dissatisfied buyer who learned a lesson. I'LL BUY MINE ELSEWHERE!
