NEED A RETURN LABEL
Called to get a return label sent to my email. No answer.
Was unable to get a return label via online process. The product had not been opened so could not take a picture of product to include with request.

Resolved: Order was completely wrong
Opened up my boxes of Goose Creek Candles to find they sent me 13 when I ordered 11. Out of all those candles, only 2 were correct.
I've reached out, asked for a label to return them, and have yet to get an answer. I've spent quite a bit of money with them since I've started ordering from them.
I'd like a return label and a total refund.
Disappointed in their customer service.

Well, I have bought from this company for about 4 years. The latest order just arrived today: a broken candle in delivery.
It happens; I have had it happen once or twice before. I was always able to contact them and resolve the issue. Well, not anymore. I made multiple attempts to reach them by phone, but the call won't go through.
They send a code to enter, but it doesn't work. I sent an email. I love their candles, but the personal customer service is gone.
It's not worth the hassle. I guess they don't mind losing the several hundred dollars I spend yearly with them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They finally sent although it was for christmas. Make sure it’s not for a special event.

This was suppose to be a Christmas gift now i dont know what Im gonna do. Yall need to give me some of my money back if Im not gonna get it by Christmas.

I am highly disappointed in them. First time user and last
Wrong item sent. Hard to find a contact number for them without jumping through hoops.
Then I get a recording when I do find a phone number. This is not good business. I will not be ordering from Goose Creek again.
This was a Christmas gift, and I have to go get another one at this late date. Totally unbusinesslike.

I did not receive my order of candles. I tried contacting the company via email and my email was returned.
I tried contacting them by phone and their number was not working.
I consider this poor customer service and I cant even get anyone to tell me where my order is. I do not plan to place orders with them anymore.

What custo.er service. They seem to have NONE!
IVE SUBMITTED 3 REPORTS TO GOOSE CREEK CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH NO RESPINSE. IVE FILED A CLAIM W BBB. I did NOT PUT my old address in for shipping! Now I won't get my order and it was my daughters Christmas
I can not afford to purchase her anything else.
So she goes without Christmas I can't even check my order status on goose creek they ask for 4 digit code and when I go to get it from my email the goose creek site goes back to home. Wtf is wrong with this company.
I buy A LOT of candles, but never again from goose creek I will spend more through BBW where these kind of things don't happen! Shame on you goose creek!

I needed them for a party tomorrow. They ruined it for me.

I made two orders through Goose Creek on December 2nd and December 4th I have been texting them asking to make sure my orders are here by Christmas I have to have them and they won't email me back or say anything don't expect any help from this company don't bother tring to contact them wast of time

Can't find my tracking number and I have not received my candles. And I've given them all information.
And not can seem to help me. And they do not have a toll free number to call to talk to someone all you get is a chat box. And they can't help you at. I did pay a lot of money for my candles.
All I want is my stuff I paid for. And help

I got a wrong order. I got 3 bottles of something that I didn't order and not the 3 wax melts I ordered. The packing slip on the outside of the box was correct, but not the contents of the box.
