Received my candles through the postal Services all shattered, the packaging of the candles was HORRIBLE...THEY PLACED NOTHING INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE TO ACTUALLY PROTECT THE GLASS, THEN RECEIVED EMAIL TO BE REPLACED, THEN NEVER REPLACED... A TOTAL LOSS OF OVER $50...I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GOOSE CRREK CANDLES @ ALL!!!

One of my candles was shattered when I received it. I tried to call customer service, but it kept giving me a wrong number. I buy a lot of candles, but I probably won't anymore.

Resolved: Order was completely wrong
- I received 13 candles instead of 11 and only 2 were correct.
- I asked for a return label and full refund, I’ve spent a lot with them, but no reply.
Opened up my boxes of Goose Creek Candles to find they sent me 13 when I ordered 11. Out of all those candles, only 2 were correct.
I've reached out, asked for a label to return them, and have yet to get an answer. I've spent quite a bit of money with them since I've started ordering from them.
I'd like a return label and a total refund.
Disappointed in their customer service.

I had to wait till the next business day to get help, and ended up paying10 dollars. I contacted within the first hour, and wasn't able to get a response until after the hour, and it caused me to have to pay 10 dollars.
