I placed over $150 order in November. I never received confirmation or delivery date.

The money has already been taken from my bank but no candles. Very poor customer service

To deal with ruined candled due to not being delivered directly to my house .

It never happened. No one ever answered me.

I am just sending them back. I expect a full refund. I am paying out of pocket to return, so they can't withhold shipping charges. I absolutely love their candles and will definitely purchase again, just not during the summer in Arizona.

It was 106* when delivered.

All were completely liquefied. The mailbox and corner where it was smelled heavily.

So far it has not been favorable. While I did get an email response from someone at Goose Creek, it simply stated that they are really bust and will fill my order as quickly as they can, so nothing new.
