Poor customer service

Can't find my tracking number and I have not received my candles. And I've given them all information.

And not can seem to help me. And they do not have a toll free number to call to talk to someone all you get is a chat box. And they can't help you at. I did pay a lot of money for my candles.

All I want is my stuff I paid for. And help

Wrong order no response to customer service call

I got a wrong order. I got 3 bottles of something that I didn't order and not the 3 wax melts I ordered. The packing slip on the outside of the box was correct, but not the contents of the box.

Takes your money and then makes you wait weeks or longer for shipping

I feel like it was a deceptive business practice for them to not warn customers that orders placed within the month before Christmas wouldn't ship out or arrive before Christmas. They took my money, and no products shipped out.

Why does it take them weeks to throw a couple of things in a box and mail them out?

They refuse to refund even though the products haven't shipped (because according to them, they have 'fast processing times'). I will never purchase from them again.

This is my very 1st time ordering from here, and I am not a satisfied customer. I ordered candles and room deodorizers on December 2nd, and here it is December 22nd and I still haven't received the items.

I will not be returning to order anything else.

I didn't even get any updates that the order was delayed. I'll stick to Bath and Body Works.

Candles have no scent, pretty paper label but no smell! No response from company at all!!!

No scent. Forest pine trees 3 wick candle has no scent at all. 2 different sizes, same scent has no scent.

I lit the candle which I recently purchased. I walked out of the room.

When I returned, there were flames shooting from the candle. The entire inside jar was burning.

Not Happy

I placed an order of 75.57 dollars I have called goose Creek. Their number is invalid.

I talk to somebody via mail on their website. They want me to pay another five dollars to see where my order is. I want my candles. I will turn you into Better Business Bureau.

Youve done taking the money out of my account. I want answers now.
