I still havent received my candles, I dont understand why I havent, this is ridiculous!!! And these were Christmas presents for friends and family.

Status of my order: my account was debited on 12/05/24 and it is now 12/13/24. I do hope that you did not use USPS for the shipping method due to the fragile contents. Please advise ASAP.

My delivery was received last night. I opened the box today and my candles were broken with shattered glass everywhere. I would like to be able to get a replacement. I threw them out because of the mess in the box. There was not enough cushion inside the box to support them.

Missing order
My recent order never showed up and I want it . I have No tracking , no info at all and I have no idea what happened to them
Defective candles/slow delivery
I ordered candles 12/8 for Christmas gifts. Just received them today 1/2 and 2 of the candles are defective. Website will not allow you to email them and there is no phone number listed on website
Terrible communication
I ordered these on the 14th of December, Ive got no information on expected delivery, shipped or not ! I should have went to Walmart to try them since they sell this brand there !
My biggest complaint IS they save your payment information to a third party called Shop Pay whatever that is..I logged on there and deleted everything I could would not let me delete my phone # ..
I would never order from the Company again! Since they have big box accounts they dont need my business.

Missing merchandise
Place to order in November the last year of 24 I still have asked to you yet to see my candles arrive. The only feedback Im getting from the company is the feedback of emails which is an automated system and the information of contact your post office.
The package never moved through the post office.
I never received my product, but they certainly received my money. As a company you would think that they would refund your money and or replace the shipment.

I never received my order of candles from goose Creek candle company. They will not make good on the sale.
They keep telling me to find out what happened with my post office. They have no regulation of the package coming through their system.
Seems as though they should replace my package. I have bought quite a few candles and have expected them now for two months.
