- - I keep receiving emails about sale items.
- - My order, totaling $188, was canceled the next day with a generic form letter for unforeseen circumstances.
I keep receiving emails from the company about items on sale. So I took a long time picking the products I wanted, and my order came to $188.00, so that tells you how long it took to order.
Well, the next day, with no explanation, just a generic form letter saying they canceled my order for unforeseen circumstances. What is that???
Is the company closed or what? If it is, stop messaging me and everyone else.

Resolved: They never responded to my message.
No experience , they never responded to my complaint . I sent 2 messages.
It was misdelivered. Never heard from them so I had to work with UPS instead.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They finally sent although it was for christmas. Make sure it’s not for a special event.
Very disappointed
This was suppose to be a Christmas gift now i dont know what Im gonna do. Yall need to give me some of my money back if Im not gonna get it by Christmas.

Faulty candles
- - Ordered four candles; three were broken.
- - The last candle burned through the glass and cracked it; five attempts yielded a coupon to cover one candle.
I've never been treated so poorly. I ordered four candles, three were broken or defective.
After five tries to ccontact customer service, I get a coupon to cover one candle. I was also burned by the last candle, it burned through the plastic lining of glass ccontainer.
The wick was so off it burned against the glass, cracking it. Never Never again!
Damaged items

- - I've been a long-time customer who spends hundreds, and this may end the relationship.
No help with this problem. 1st, no response to emails.
2nd, I called customer service and was told no one was available to assist with my problem. WTH.
I've been a customer for many years, spending hundreds of dollars. This may be the end of our business relationship.

Phone rang and then cut off twice. Now I'm always having trouble getting a hold of someone. The first two times I ordered, it was great; now I'm having issues.

nothing!!! Candles are not great at all.

- - Ordered wax melts by mistake instead of plug-in refills.
- - They want to know how to mail them back after receipt to order the correct item.
I thought I was ordering the refills for my plug-in, and apparently, I ordered wax melts, which was my mistake. But I want to know how, once I received them, I can mail them back so that I can order the correct thing.

Very poor customer service!
- - Ordered 4 candles; three damaged (wicks off center; two with broken glass).
- - Six emails, coupon offered; last candle burned through liner to glass.
I began having issues when I ordered four candles from company site. Three were damaged immediately.
Wicks off center, broken glass on bottom of two. I had to email them ..six times. They sent me coupon for one candle, I pay shipping. Last straw, my last candle burned through plastic liner, to glass and cracked it.
I burned myself and I was fed up. I tried again to contact.
Now..they are making it my fault. I'm sooo done.

Very poor on Phone
- - Phone support at 800 775 **** did not answer after multiple calls.
- - Candle arrived broken and had a bad odor.
- - I will not order candles again.
I called 800 775 **** but discounted many times but they never answer !! they are really very bad job!! and stinky worse because candle broken when I open the package..
I will NEVER order any candle anymore!!

I love the smell of the candles because they last a long time and I would recommend them to everyone that I know to me the candles will be my Christmas gift to my family and friends far and near because they smell just that good to me.
